Update from USTA Florida – May, 2023

 Dear Riverside Park Tennis Community:

 We are very excited to work with the City of Vero Beach to assume operations at Riverside Racquet Complex in just a little more than a month.  We wanted to share what you can expect to see during the month of May, as we work through the final phases of this transition:

 May 1^st through May 21^st – Normal city programs and operations.

 Week of May 15^th – New facility web site and social media channels for Riverside Racquet Complex will go live on May 15^th.  The web site will provide information on USTA Florida operations, summer programs, lessons and clinics and updates on team members as they are hired.  Information will be updated regularly, so bookmark our page and follow us for the latest info.

 Week of May 22^nd – Planned re-surfacing of four back courts.  Tennis Shop may also be cleared during this time.  Contact the city for court availability.

 Week of May 30^th – Tennis shop set-up and USTA Florida staff training.  We will offer open play (no charge for court usage) all week.   Come say hello to our team and play some tennis with us.  Everyone is welcome!

 Week of June 5^th – Summer program schedule officially begins.  Fees for all programs and offerings are determined by the city rate schedule, which was adopted previously by city council.  Stringing services also will be offered in the shop upon request.
