Customer Service - Water and Sewer

Effective December 17th, 2018, the City of Vero Beach no longer provides electric utility service.  Please contact Florida Power and Light (FPL) at 772-403-0021 or go to for assistance with your electric utility needs.

Please note that you will receive a final electric bill from the City of Vero Beach for electric service from your last electric meter reading date through the date you became a customer of Florida Power & Light (FPL).  It is due and payable upon receipt.  If you are a City of Vero Beach Water and Sewer customer you will continue to receive your billing for those services on your normal billing cycle.  If you have any questions about your City of Vero Beach Utility accounts, please contact Customer Service at (772) 978-5100.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Customer Service Division is to provide courteous and efficient service to all utility customers and ensure that utility billings are rendered correctly and collections are made in a timely manner. To provide statistical data to other city departments and outside agencies as required. To promote efficient use of water and other natural resources as mandated by the State of Florida and the St. John's Water Management District.
