The mission of the Customer Service Division is to provide courteous and efficient service to all utility customers and ensure that utility billings are rendered correctly and collections are made in a timely manner. To provide statistical data to other city departments and outside agencies as required. To promote efficient use of water and other natural resources as mandated by the State of Florida and the St. John’s Water Management District.
